How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Just browse our featured packages, choose the one that suits your needs, and select any additional items or services you’d like. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to schedule your delivery at a time that works for you.
Do you offer design and setup services?
Yes! All of our packages come with the option to add design and setup services. This means we’ll not only deliver your pumpkins but also arrange them beautifully on your porch, creating a stunning display without any effort on your part.
Can I order a package without the design service?
Absolutely. If you prefer to create your own display, you can opt for our front porch drop-off option. We’ll deliver all the pumpkins and accessories right to your door, and you can arrange them however you like.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to homes throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. If you’re unsure if we deliver to your location, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to confirm.
What happens to the pumpkins after the season is over?
For customers who choose our full turnkey experience, we offer a porch-side pickup service at the end of the season. We’ll come to your home, collect the pumpkins, and handle the cleanup, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
How long will my porch pumpkin display last?
Pumpkin longevity depends on the weather, but most displays last 3-5 weeks when kept out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures. For best results, we recommend placing them in a shaded area.
Do you use real pumpkins?
Yes, all of our pumpkins are real and sourced from local farms. We believe in supporting our community while providing you with the freshest, highest-quality pumpkins for your porch display.
When does delivery take place?
Our delivery window runs from September 23 to October 14. We’ll coordinate with you to schedule a time that works best for your porch pumpkin display delivery. Be sure to order early to secure your spot within this timeframe!
